Feel the authentic cretan architecture! A unique experience is waiting for you, the property has been built 150 years ago in an olive grove , with more than 30 olive trees. An independent residence of two floors is ready to accomodate you! The three bedroom house has traditional design and bohemian atmosphere accord to your comfort and total relaxation.On the ground floor there is a kitchen, living room and two bedrooms. On the first floor ,there is a kitchen , a living room,  one bedroom and a big bathroom that is equipped with washing machine . The best part of the property is in the upper floor, a  private veranda that you can gaze the village square. Each floor has separate entrance, so it is ideal for two friendly couples to spend their holidays there. The house facilities cater to the needs of the modern traveler, authentic and simple. In addition, is ideal for families because of the cooking facilities (kitchen,toaster,coffee machine,dishes,glasses,cups,cutlery and cooking utensils).  The old building has recently been renovated with respect and love.

Neighborhood

The Location Advantage! It is located in the center of Pasalites village in a peaceful neiboorhood. It is a place of unique beauty for relaxation and tranquility. Also near of the property (5 km away)  is the village of  Perama, it is easy way to find anything you want ,while it takes only a 1 minute to find a supermarket. There are plenty of restaurants with local cuisine, cafeterias, super markets, pharmacy and gas station nearby. Next to the house ( 6 km away) is Margarites village, which is famous  for the traditional ceramics and traditional tavernas. Moreover it is a mini market there. In the region there are some beutiful beaches : Panormo beach, Koukistres beach, Spilies beach.I believe that if you want to explore the beaches of north Crete , a car is required!
