These Terms of Service  are a binding legal agreement between you and CreteRooms that govern your use of the website.This website offers an online venue that enables users , search for, and book properties on Crete. Please read these carefully as you will be acknowledging the terms and conditions as binding in their entirety to you and persons registered with you when booking.

Payments terms of service

Prices include all taxes.

For reservations till 30 days before the arrival, we require a deposit of the 50% of the total cost.

There are no other charges to be added.

Cancellation Policy

Guests who cancel at least 10 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount that they’ve paid. If they cancel between 1 and 9 days before check-in, they’ll get back 50%. Otherwise, they won’t get a refund.

A booking is considered cancelled on the day that CreteRooms has received a written cancellation from the guest.

Insurance Requirements

Holiday and travel insurance, is essential for your own protection and we strongly recommend that you and all members of your party be suitably insured. If you choose to travel without adequate holiday insurance, we will not be responsible for any losses.

Property Standards

We have carefully selected and inspected all the properties that we advertise and we maintain high standards. However, if you have a problem during your holiday, inform us as soon as possible.

The accommodation is for the exclusive use of the guests . All damages must be paid for prior to departure.

Check in – Check out

Your accommodation is available after 3pm on day of arrival and must be vacated by 11am on day of departure. This time need it to prepare the accommodation properly for incoming guests.

Pets

Pets are welcome at some of our properties. Please ask us for more information.

Cleaning

If you are unsatisfied with the cleaning standards, we require immediate written notice upon arrival at the villa. The cleaner will return to rectify and clean any aspect which may have been overlooked.

Extension / Alteration of Holidays

Extending your holidays is not always possible, although every effort will be made. No refund will be given for a stay shorter, than the one you booked.

Force Majeure

In the case of force Majeure, causing the cancellation of your booking (such as war, strikes, fires, natural disasters, pestilence and other similar emergencies), no refund will be given, we remain the right offering a voucher for a future holiday with a 12 months period of returning the deposit.
